Encore Brand Strategy

Project:
Build general awareness for the Maryland-based healthcare provider among healthcare professionals and patients.
Challenge:
MRC Medical created a new brand identity through an integrated brand effort.

Solution:
MRC assisted Encore with the development of their new tagline: True Compassion, Excellent Outcomes. With this foundation in place, corporate literature - including patient recruitment materials - was begun. To support the initial communications effort and start building Encore's photo library, MRC team members travelled to Texas for a photo shoot capturing staff and patient care images that focused on each of Encore's specialty areas including Post-Acute, Pulmonary, Neurological, Cardiac, Dementia, and General Rehabilitation services

Initiatives in advertising and public relations that focus on each of these specialty areas as well as revised and updated website are on slate as MRC and Encore move into 2012 together.
