MRC Medical Wins Five Awards in Five Different Categories

National & International Awards Total Reaches 72

Emerson, NJ – MRC Medical Communications, a leading medical marketing strategy and communications firm, has announced that it has been honored with five awards in five different categories in recent weeks. The agency’s 2015 awards to date include honors for TV Commercial Production, Website Design, Logo Design, Corporate Video and Outdoor/Transit Advertising. The five new awards bring the agency’s total of national and international awards to 72.

The national and international competitions the agency has scored wins in this year include: the Telly Awards; The Aster Awards and the Apex Awards. Now in its 36th year, The Telly Awards recognizes the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, and corporate video departments in the world. The Aster Awards is an elite competition that recognizes the nation's most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding achievement in advertising. In its 27th year, The Apex Awards recognizes outstanding publications from newsletters and magazines to annual reports, brochures and websites.

MRC Medical’s 2015 Telly Award wins were for Commercial Spot Production for its 60-Second Spot for HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley based in Westwood, NJ. Another Telly was earned in Corporate Video for its “Be Awesome – not average” video for mfPHD Global of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The competition received nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous foreign countries in 5 continents. MRC Medical Communications and its clients joined this year’s other winners including NY Langone Medical Center, St. Luke’s Health System, The Smithsonian Institution, Walt Disney and the New York Yankees.

One of the agencies two 2015 Aster Award winners— a mobile showroom for mfPHD, llc. of Lorena, Texas—was designated “Best in Category” for Outdoor/Transit Advertising. The second Aster Award was in Logo Design for its branding of the Nezzie patient ambulation device introduced by Blickman of Clifton, NJ. The Agency’s 2015 APEX Award win in Website Design was a second win this year for Jeddah-based client mfPHD Global.
